Corporate operations support struggling. In one location on web-site it shows store opening at 10:00am. In another location it shows store opening at 9:00am. We call store and learn that the store did indeed open at 9:00am. We try to check in on-line at 9:06am in route and the web-site says the store is closed and won't allow us to use on-line check in. Must be very frustrating for your franchisees. How about neck trims? I travel the U.S. for business and in some locations neck trims go to the front of the line. In other geographies neck trims wait in line until their turn. Hmm. More corporate incompetence? From a stylist perspective I have never had a bad experience and that is across multiple stores/multiple states.
