Let’s just start by saying if there was a zero stars I wouldn’t even give it that. I am a 15 year old that attends high school let’s just say I’m happy that we’re in quarantine for two weeks because Keri spent more time complaining about trump then paying attention to my haircut. I hope I was one of her first haircut because if this is a seasoned veteran she should consider a new career. I can’t put into words how upset I am with my haircut and let’s just say I will not be returning in my life on earth to sportsclips. Apparently 4-1 and a half fade on the sides means give me in some places a 1 and a half and mostly a 2 else where. You guys really went down hill after Nicole left, She actually knew how to cut hair. Keri didn’t ask me which way I part my hair and cut it the wrong way. The second my hair is long enough to go get a new haircut anywhere but sportsclips I will be doing so in the hope they can undo the embarrassment on the top of my head. I’ll just end there because I’m out of space.

Corporate operations support struggling. In one location on web-site it shows store opening at 10:00am. In another location it shows store opening at 9:00am. We call store and learn that the store did indeed open at 9:00am. We try to check in on-line at 9:06am in route and the web-site says the store is closed and won't allow us to use on-line check in. Must be very frustrating for your franchisees. How about neck trims? I travel the U.S. for business and in some locations neck trims go to the front of the line. In other geographies neck trims wait in line until their turn. Hmm. More corporate incompetence? From a stylist perspective I have never had a bad experience and that is across multiple stores/multiple states.
